We are currently supporting a global engineering & construction partner with the Design phase of a massive research facility project for one of their Life Science customers. Because of our company’s previous success supporting our partner on complex semiconductor projects, we were brought into the project to support the Design team.
Our partner and their customer will be able to leverage our capabilities for Life Science projects to ensure the critical project is completed with full compliance on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
Our Project Scope for the Life Science Construction Project
The engineering & construction company expanded on our existing partnership due to strong relationships and performance on complex projects, as well as our ability to provide world-class talent and services in the Life Science space.
During this project, the main scope of work will cover Basic Design and Detailed Design Support. We will be lending our expertise in the following areas:
- Process Design
- Mechanical Design
- HVAC Design
- Electrical Design
- Project Engineering Support
- CQV & Quality services
We have the team, knowledge, and resources to support the successful execution of the current project scope. Then, once this phase is complete, we anticipate there will be additional opportunities for long-term support on the project.
Beyond this initial project, we expect our partnership to continue for other large-scale projects on our partner’s radar.
