A U.S. semiconductor company plans to transform an existing campus building into a research and development laboratory space. AM Technical Solutions (AM) will help the general contractor satisfy the project owner’s requirements to create the new R&D lab space.
We will provide design services from programming/BOD up through construction completion and commissioning as required for the project.
Our recommendation of a three-phased approach (Basis of Design, Detailed Design, and Construction Documentation and Support) will help the project stakeholders with cost control and establish achievable project milestones to reach the target date for construction completion.
