Boggs Howard is responsible for leading and growing the company’s architectural and engineering organization. With more than 20 years of experience in high tech and industrial project delivery, he brings a well-rounded background spanning engineering, construction, project management, and business development within the EPCM industry.
In his role, Boggs provides strategic direction for multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports new project pursuits, and ensures successful project delivery for clients in the life sciences, semiconductor, and data center markets. He is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and aligning engineering execution with overall project objectives. Boggs is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of teamwork and support. He takes pride in mentoring emerging leaders and providing growth opportunities to his team members.
Boggs holds both a BS and MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of South Carolina and is a Professional Engineer (Structural), licensed in multiple states. He and his wife, Miller, live in Greenville, South Carolina, with their two children. Outside of work, Boggs enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—water skiing, cycling, gardening, and fishing—and is actively involved in his church and local non-profit organizations.
