Dustin Moore is responsible for execution and growth across for AMTS’s Construction Operations, overseeing the delivery of complex, high‑tech, mission‑critical cleanroom expansion and non‑clean‑room capital construction programs that support customer success.
He brings two decades of global EPC experience, having held progressive leadership roles across project management, business development, construction and fabrication, commercial strategies, and risk management. Dustin has supported and delivered projects ranging from $5 million to more than $11 billion across Advanced Technologies, Life Sciences, Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, and Power sectors.
Dustin has a proven record of building high-performing teams and consistently delivering complex projects safely, within scope, on schedule, and on budget. His pragmatic, results-driven leadership style is grounded in accountability, operational discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Guided by a servant-leadership philosophy, he is passionate about developing future leaders and fostering a culture aligned with AMTS’s people-first values.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and is active in coaching his children’s sports teams, serving as a scout leader, and volunteering with local schools and non‑profit organizations. He also enjoys golf and time on the lake, remains engaged with his church, and supports mentoring, leadership development, and community initiatives.
